01The blueprint
Before the wall, a servant
The story deliberately introduces Nehemiah before the crisis. The sermon invites us to slow down and notice God’s quiet work: before God rebuilds walls, He forms people. Nehemiah’s usefulness is explained less by a visible résumé than by the God who prepared him.
01
The name
“Nehemiah” points to the Lord who comforts. Ministry begins with knowing God’s character.
02
The character
Education is a gift, but character makes identity visible. God looks at the heart.
03
The exile
Nehemiah inherited brokenness without allowing his beginning to determine his purpose.
